Ju Ga Ram was once the brightest hope of Korean rugby. Gifted, charismatic, and destined for greatness, his career collapsed overnight after a drug scandal turned him into a public disgrace. Branded as an addict by the media, he retired in shame and disappeared from the sport.

Three years later, Ju Ga Ram returns as a contract coach at the high school rugby team where his own career once began. The team is the weakest in the league, barely holding on with only seven players. As their new coach, Ju Ga Ram leads with overwhelming charisma and uncompromising discipline, determined to rebuild both the team and his own shattered name.

At the same school, he reunites with Bae I Ji, a shooting coach and his former girlfriend of ten years. Their relationship ended abruptly when Ju Ga Ram vanished after the scandal, leaving unresolved hurt and unanswered questions. Now forced to work side by side, they must confront the past they never truly closed.

The team is led by Yun Seong Jun, a third year student and team captain. He has a twin brother who plays for the junior national soccer team, a constant reminder of the talent he feels he lacks. Seong Jun once played soccer himself but switched to rugby after realizing his limitations. Beneath his envy and inferiority complex lies a relentless work ethic and a desperate desire to be recognized as an athlete in his own right.

As Ju Ga Ram pushes the team toward growth, each member must confront their insecurities, ambitions, and failures, learning what it truly means to stand together on the field and beyond.
