In the near future, all the surface water on Earth suddenly rises into space and forms a strange ring of ice in orbit, and humanity faces a crisis of survival. A scavenger named Jiang Xing Bei ends up leading a mysterious genius through a journey full of danger. Together they try to find out what happened to the world's water. It's a big, atmospheric sci-fi adventure.
