Kang Mi-rae underwent plastic surgery after years of being bullied over her looks, hoping college would finally be a fresh start, but she quickly finds that the surgery hasn't erased the insecurity or the judgment of people around her. Reconnecting with a childhood friend who liked her before the surgery complicates things further, in a drama that uses her situation to dig into beauty standards more directly than most campus romances bother to.
