Cha Soo-hyun is the trapped, unhappily married daughter-in-law of a powerful hotel family, and Kim Jin-hyuk is a laid-back younger man she meets by chance while traveling abroad. Their brief connection turns into something more serious once they're both back in Korea, and the show follows the two of them trying to build a relationship despite the wide gap in their circumstances and the family pressure bearing down on her.
