Kang Sang Woong is an ordinary public servant who secretly has superhuman strength. His power depends on how much cash he has, and every time he uses it, the money disappears, leaving him constantly short on funds. His practical girlfriend, Kim Min Sook, finds his ability inefficient but continues to support him.

He crosses paths with Byeon Ho In, a lawyer whose supernatural power activates when he drinks alcohol and who leads a group protecting people with special abilities from a criminal organization. They are joined by Bang Eun Mi, a young woman with telekinetic powers fueled by the calories she consumes, especially from bread. Together, they try to protect their normal lives while fighting villains who threaten the world.
