Pat and Pran have been raised on their families' bitter rivalry, taught since childhood to see each other as competition in everything from grades to sports. Forced into the same university programs and unable to keep away from each other despite themselves, the two end up secretly dating while keeping the truth from both families, turning the classic star-crossed setup into one of the genre's most acclaimed shows.
